Roles and Responsibilities: - Diagnosis and Repairs of a Wide Variety of Property Maintenance Issues - Perform Any/All Necessary Property Maintenance: Interior and Exterior - Driving Company Van/Vehicle - Keeping Scheduled Appointments and Being Kind/Helpful to Tenants - Filling out Detailed Work Orders and Keeping Receipts for Accounts Payable Department - Becoming Familiar with All Properties and Scheduled Maintenance - Walkthrough Move Out Inspections and Punch Lists - Walkthrough Move In Inspections and Document Condition Qualifications and Skills - General Handyman - Clean Driving Record and Current Drivers License - Ability to Tow Trailer - Plumbing (Some/Any) - Electrical (Some/Any) - Painting (Some/Any) - HVAC (Some/Any) - Construction and Demo (Some/Any) - Landscaping and Sprinkler (Some/Any) - Organized and Efficient - Great Customer Service - Good, Constant Communication - Proficient with Necessary Phone Messaging and Apps If interested please send your resume to [email protected]
