Landscaping Help Needed

Hello, I need landscaping help. Recently moved into a house and grass is full of weeds. The yard is a bit lumpy and uneven. I need help killing the old grass, leveling out the yard (top soil), seeding the yard, putting down straw, haul away/dump debris, and all that good stuff. We'd prefer to have someone with experience doing similar projects. The lot is a standard neighborhood sized lot at about 0.30 acres. It is sloped in the back as the house has a walkout basement. The backyard is fenced in for dogs. Two small trees in the front and about 5 mature trees in the back. Please note: I have basic landscaping tools (rakes, shovels, wheelbarrow, mower, weed-eater, etc.) but I don't have everything you may need outside of basic tools. Someone with any additional tools required preferred but I am willing to purchase/rent tools that might be required for the right person.
