MOMS Rentals - a fast paced, growing company is looking for someone who is good with customers and who will work hard to help us meet their needs. You will be working with customers, both internal and external, on the phone and in person, as well as ordering parts and keeping track of technicians Daily Duties include: Scheduling and supervising technicians, including review of time cards and technician performance Work to increase service and parts revenue and billed out time Ensure service work orders are billed out timely and with profitability Process warranties and follow through the warranty claim process Ordering parts from local, national, and internet vendors while working with them to provide the best value for the customer and the company Receiving, shipping, and storage of parts Organization of our storeroom and part storage areas Working with technicians and customers on parts needed for current and upcoming repairs Other duties as assigned This position requires a working knowledge of computers including Outlook, Excel, Word and using the internet. An ideal candidate will have experience as a technician or mechanic on vehicles or heavy equipment and previous managerial or supervisory experience. Hours are 8:00AM to 5:00 PM.
