Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Must be comfortable climbing roofs of all pitches daily to complete inspections. • Knowledge of roofing and siding materials and product lines of roofing, siding, and windows. • Some construction experience. • Must have good customer service skills and attitude. • Strong self management and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • STRONG Attention to detail. • Takes a sincere interest in what the client truly needs. Job Description • Meeting with subcontractors and suppliers. • Meeting deliveries for the start of each job, ensuring accurate inventory. • Serve as onsite quality control and safety specialist, ensuring everyone in the field adheres to safety standards. • Handle inspections and permits. • Develop and execute punch lists. • Shopping for materials based on job needs. • Perform warranty work.
