DANBURY, CT — The public schools have cancelled all forms of learning on Thursday, in anticipation of a nor'easter expected to drop heavy accumulations of snow in the region. The National Weather Service is forecasting 12-16 inches of snow in Danbury, starting Wednesday afternoon, and ending early Thursday afternoon.
