We are looking for someone ( a small crew) to join our company and current team. We have been in the property preservation (PPW / REO) business for 6+ years in Florida and Rhode Island. Our company, WD Consultant Group dba/ Wistful Solutions is expanding, and we need landscaping experienced folks, masonry/hardscaping/pavers specialists and general property maintenance employees (trash outs, carpet removal/instillation, basic wood working, cleaning, painting). If you, your crew or you know anyone that is looking for work please contact us ASAP! We are listed on Angi, and work with multiple PPW/REO companies for property preservation. We offer and get a wide range of requests. In general the hardscaping/ landscaping would be subcontractors, unless we can work together to create a more permanent position. PPW/REO jobs are paid flat fee depending on the job and work required. Generally anywhere from $200-$1,000 per job. *usually more, but it varies widely. Hardscaping and landscaping jobs would also be a flat fee depending on the job/work required as well. Generally we pay $200-$2,500 per job. The more work/larger the job/time/skill involved, obviously the more we pay. You tell us what you’d charge us, and we’ll go from there. If you are interested please text Zach @ 954-268-0266. We are small, as of now, and looking to build a reliable group of people to work together with us. Work is sporadic, but the Spring/Summer/Fall seasons are busy. We generally have to conduct 3-5 site visits per week to provide estimates. There’s anywhere from 1-10 REO jobs happening each month. Subcontractor types, people looking for a flexible schedule to supplement other work and people looking to grow with us are all invited to apply.
