Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities: • Keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up any trash, debris littering the grounds. This includes the perimeter of the property which can include public property in front of the community • Install, move and hook up appliances. • Clean pool area--hose down area, pick up trash, straighten chairs, etc. • Assist the Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Service Technician, or Assistant Service Technician as requested. • Groundskeeper may be asked to pressure wash, use paint spray guns, etc. • Manages records of activity in maintenance log. • Groundskeeper must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
