Any one looking to do something different? Something weird, but familiar? I’ve played guitar for 15+ yrs now. My band experience is minimal. Also never played out. I don’t sweep pick, I don’t tap, no neck wizardry on my end. I play some zeppelin, sabbath, pantera, AIC, Tool. So as far as creating music I was thinking. Dissonant grunge, melodic space punk metal, the screams of grass dying, and someone’s voice to tie it all together. The reason for this posting is. That I’m wanting more out of music and want to share that with others. I did the military, jobs here and there. I’m at a point where I can do something for myself and I want to enjoy my hobby with other like minded individuals. My ultimate goal is to play a show out. Scares the sh*t out of me, I’ll probably puke, but it’ll be worth it. Please be mature and respectful, no hard drugs, alcohol if you can control yourself, and 420 is ok in moderation. We all need to feel something right. Im not going to be picky with age because music ability and maturity comes in all sizes. But, just saying, check your ego at the door. I want to feel comfortable as well as everyone else to create. Male or female or those who don’t identify, those who use pronouns other than listed above, you are welcome as well. If anyone has a practice space and wants to get together let me know. I have gear and transportation.
