Flagship Research is assisting Medtronic in identifying individuals who have been treated for a heart condition and who are interested in participating in research to develop and improve devices to enhance the treatments available. We are looking for adult participants for this study. We also have a referral fee ($50) for qualified referrals who participate. If you know someone who may be interested please forward this email to them. Make sure they tell us who referred them! Interviews will be conducted at patients' homes, and will last about an hour.
