Artificial Turf clean and flower bed weeding

I have an artificial turf yard that needs to be swept/cleaned. I have a couple of blowers but what is needed is a turf sweeper otherwise it just takes a while. Then I have flower beds that need to be weeded. This is a medium-size job and could take around 4-5 hours.
