Solo Blue Budgie with cage and toys

Must have other budgies or be planning on getting him a friend, and be experienced in budgie care. Jet is a very sweet boy, but his cage mate recently died and we have decided not to get another parakeet so we want him to go to a good home with birdie friends. He is not hand tame, though he will come for millet, and sometimes perched on my head. His wings are not clipped, although they have been in the past and he tolerates clipping.
