Hola My name is Lucy Garay. I have experience working with kids my whole life. I love kids! And for the same reason of love and passion to teach them, I'm in this field. Working with kids is a blessing! I'm a very happy person, professional, responsible, dependable, attentive and nurturing caregiver. My goal is to create a safe, secure and a happy environment for the kids. Parents can go to work with a smile and peace of mind, knowing that their little ones are in good hands. My program offers activities full of fun, such as: singing, reading, dancing, puzzles, coloring, painting, baking, walks to the park and local library, picnics. I practice Montessori Philosophy, activities that help them with their motor skills, sensorial and practical life. Outdoors activities, nice and solid play structure to develop physical strength, clean sand box, big backyard where they can run free. There's more, my program offers Spanish Immersion, Early Childhood Education; with a curriculum for the appropriate ages. I'm a good cook, proud of my Salvadorian Culture; Cooking fresh and healthy meals every day. For example: Breakfast is always complete. A good way to start the day, cream of wheat, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes, French toasts, fruits and milk. Lunch: rice and beans, chicken soup, beef soup, vegetables, milk, 100% fruit juice, pastas, fish, bread, peanut butter sandwiches and more.
