Rental Property Inspector/ Maintenance Scheduler This position can be part or full time. The position available is that of a property inspector/ maintenance scheduler. This is an entry to mid-level position that will include hands-on training. We are looking for someone who can follow detailed instructions and make corrections when asked. The rate of pay will be based on experience with a starting wage of $15-17. You will be responsible for the following: Taking photos and making notes on the homes, creating a computerized report. Making owners aware of the condition of the homes and any repairs that need to be done. Scheduling repairs. Being on call in the evenings and weekends at least two weeks a month to handle inbound calls and emails regarding maintenance issues. Working on the weekends when needed during the summer months. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Mileage expense for personal vehicle use is reimbursed monthly. *Educational Requirements* High school diploma or GED *Additional Requirements* Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
