Loader Operators, Backhoe Operators, and Laborers Needed

Searching for skilled loader operators to excavate residential basements, load trucks, and other miscellaneous duties. Searching for skilled backhoe operators to trench water and sewer service lines, backfill homes, and other miscellaneous duties. All skill level of laborer needed for an excavation company that works in residential construction with sites in Aurora, Parker, and Castle Rock. Will need to be comfortable with physical labor including digging trenches by hand, helping will the assembly of PVC pipe, using hand operated jackhammers, drills, and compactors. May have the opportunity to run smaller equipment such as skid steers. Work is outdoors in various weather conditions. There will regularly be the chance to work overtime. This is a small company, and motivated employees will have the opportunity to learn new skills and to operate new equipment which will provide opportunities for promotion. Applicants must have a smart phone and reliable transportation. Pay will be based on experience. Inexperienced applicants will be considered.
