WANTED!!! Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors Counties we are looking for in NY – Saratoga, Washington, Warren, Fulton with potential for other counties in the future. Weekly Payment Looking for Property Preservation/REO Contractors who meet the following requirements: 1) Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including but not limited to the following work: * Carpentry * Plumbing * Grass Cuts * Tree/Shrub Trimming * Lock Changes/Securing * Snow Removal * Winterizations * Trash Outs/Debris Removal * House cleaning * And many other types of tasks that get houses ready to sell 2) Must have own transportation 3) Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc. 4) Meeting client's deadlines 5) Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc. You can start right away.
