Carpets, Floor and Window Cleaning Technician Full Job Description: We are in need of motivated individuals willing to become specialized Carpets, Floor, and Cleaning Technicians for a local commercial janitorial company. The technicians will provide many skilled services which include but are not limited to: Commercial carpet cleaning, floor tile and grout cleaning, strip and sealing floors, pressure washing, and window cleaning. Comprehensive training will be provided. This individual will service Ventura Counties. Site locations include commercial buildings, public buildings, schools, banks, libraries, and a number of different sites. Floor Cleaning Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Carpet cleaning Grout and tile scrubbing Strip and seal floors Upholstery cleaning Pressure washing Window cleaning service Maintain a clean and safe work area Floor Cleaning Technician Requirements and Qualifications: Commercial carpet cleaning service experience a plus Floor tile and Grout cleaning Window cleaning experience Truck mount operation experience Commercial pressure washing experience Driver’s license and clean driving record
