Looking for an experienced trimmer to join the team. Our trim crew works from 7am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday. Job duties include trimming as well as an occasional harvest assistance, big leafing, bucking the flower off the stem and general farm duties as cleaning and garden assistance. Most of the time, the time will be spent trimming. We are looking for experienced trimmers that can trim 600+ grams per 8 hour shift. The pay structure is set in a way that people that can trim a pound plus will be getting paid well as per the bonus structure. Pay starts at $15/hr plus production bonuses for every gram trimmed over a pound per shift. Our trim crews average between $18-$25 per hour based on how fast they work.
