Sub drummer needed

My group is looking for a sub drummer for 1-2 gigs per month. These are paying gigs ranging form $65 to $125. Usually we do 2 sets, 50 min each. Sometimes we do 3 sets. The gigs are in OC right now but there could be some LA gigs also. The group plays jazz standards. Our regular drummer is very good but it seems he's getting overbooked. Sub drummer should have great time and swing feel, be familiar with many jazz tunes, reliable and creative on drum solos. There's plenty of room to stretch out, we encourage improvisation and creativity. We will give you a set list in advance, but sometimes someone calls something not on the list. This gig is for advanced players only. The other musicians are pretty picky about drummers and if you're not awesome it will not go well for you. Send me an email and include a link to a video of your playing (with a group or solo, doesn't matter). There will be a short audition in OC. If you pass the gig is all yours and you will be the only sub we call.
