Hello everyone to whom reads this,my name is Christopher.Seeking a place of employment that offers a warm,safe enviorment for living as well.My credentials are in construction field,What follows is a list of fields that I'm competent in.Plumbing,anything from toilet replacement to pvc pipe repair/replace, bathroom vanities, kitchen sinks etc. Any kind of painting,indoor outdoor,latex,oil,etc.Sheetrock,hang,repair,finish.Mechanical/auto/run a generator, run forklift,bobcat,replace tires, batteries(auto).Remove and install carpet, don't like it but know how to do it.Carpentry,frame a wall, a door,a floor,a deck.Concrete,pour a barbecue pit /picnic table foundation,repair or put in cement walkway, pavers for a walkway,laminate flooring,marble tile for your bathroom,kitchen or LR.Roofing,shingles or metal. Electrical basics,hang a fan,put outlets in etc. The plea, for the past 6 years I've worked for the same 2 people,known them much longer. They own a nice condo here in the town I live in, plus multiple properties in FL.They are on the elderly side, but very cognizant, accomplished people. I've come to realize that they could care less about me as a person and I no longer wish to work for these people because of this. I've known for a while that this is the case but like any one sided relationship I have been in denial. I don't have a family or friends. So this has been problematic to my psyche.I'm not a young man anymore and wish to spend what time I've left on this earth with people who can care, appreciate what I have to offer.Looking for a life where both entities can be enriched,thanks for your time,Christopher /ps-currently in new orleans,prefer to have employment secured before coming to LA OK for recruiters to contact this job poster.
