Concrete sidewalk repair

Would like to have someone make this sidewalk repair. Can removing the chipped areas and adding a top layer of best quality concrete fix this? Is more removal of the lower quality stuff needed? Ideally, if it can be color matched to the darker sidewalk, that would be a plus. The sooner this can be done, the better. Dale, 484-431-9231
