Developer-Contractor has a 3-level Single Family Residence for full remodel, and we specialize in flipping properties for clients, and each project is complete within 3 to 4 months. We need bid submit for Painting the Full Interior, and not the exterior of the single residence property. No need to submit bid for wall/ceiling repair, since we will repair and prep walls/ceilings/moldings ourselves. Lastly to save us both time (without the need of a walk onsite), just give me a bid on the following; and keep in mind that we do have a #3-level house.: Paint Prospectus To keep it simple, just give me a bid on a single room (no closet), and this includes walls, ceiling, trim and a single door and single window. 1.  6.0-hrs maximum labor time on one Room: 120 sq. ft. floor at 8 ft ceiling height with a single door and single window. Whip down all surfaces before painting and no repairs or primer needed for any surface. We supply materials, listed below…                            2. If you are competent, give me separate price for closet. 2.0-hrs maximum labor time on one closet  at 12 sq. ft. floor and 8 ft ceiling height with a single door, painted both sides. Whip down all surfaces before painting and no repairs or primer needed for any surface. We supply materials, listed below… * Assume closet with a standard upper shelf and 2” wood bar that needs to be painted   3. If you are really competent, give me separate price for Crown Moulding. 1.5-hrs / Crown  Moulding  Whip down all surfaces before painting and no repairs or primer needed for any surface. We supply materials, listed below…   We supply all Materials, which is good quality paint with satin on walls, flat on ceiling and semi-gloss for doors/trim.   $35 x 2g - $70 | Walls $35 x 1g - $35 | Ceiling $35 x 1g - $35 | Trim-                  $35 | Supplies - Sander / Roller / Sponge / Cleaner                $175 * Note: 1.
