A well-established regional property management company, is seeking talented, reliable Maintenance Supervisor & Technicians for our multi-family apartment community located in Harleysville, PA, near the Lansdale exchange of the Northeast Extension. Light electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, painting, must be available for on-call rotation. Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs., snow removal. Great people skills required to provide our residents with excellent customer service. Must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, be able to partner with the Community Manager, create a team environment, be reliable and self-motivated.
