Socha Companies is looking for an experienced, motivated and reliable person to supervise and work alongside our residential property landscaping maintenance team. We construct and maintain our own properties. *Located in Manchester, NH *Full-time, year round work *Ability to run and maintain mowers, weed whackers, trimmers, etc. *Responsible for coordinating the work for the various team members at our multiple locations on a daily basis *Attention to detail and ability to prioritize daily functions is a must *Snow removal experience preferred *Ability to work in a safe manner *Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus *Looking for someone who is reliable *2-3 years experience preferred *Health, dental and vision benefits *Retirement plan with match *6 Paid Holidays *Weekly pay with Direct Deposit *Must have your own transportation and be drug-free
