Groundskeeper Housing Cooperative in need of a Groundskeeper Work week is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday Full time Groundskeeper Responsibilities Daily pick up of trash and tree limbs Weekly inspections of the outside of 98 buildings Seasonal weekly mowing and trimming of 0-7 yards Tree trimming Groundskeeper Requirements Trustworthy Very good communication skills Ability to follow direction and work independently Experience using hand tools and lawn equipment Physical stamina and dexterity High School diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license without restrictions Groundskeeper Benefits Available after 60 days Paid time off, paid holidays 50/50 Health Insurance Vision and dental Life Insurance Short/Long term disability Starting pay: $18.00 an hour If you think you meet the qualifications and would like to interview, please contact Elizabeth Bothwell Manager The Homes, Inc.
