Reliable Commercial Installers has been in business since 2010 and is hiring 3 individuals to provide Construction labor. We are based in the Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Gainesville, Buford area, but our work is mostly in the greater metro-Atlanta area. We provide installation of material handling and storage equipment. We physically install pallet rack, shelving, guard rail, lockers, mezzanines, cantilever, push back etc... using various tools and lift equipment inside Commercial Warehouses. Most weeks are 40 hour weeks, but can vary from 25 to 60 hour weeks. Our work location can vary on a daily basis and as a result we pick you up in a company truck at the exit 16 park and ride location on I-985. Some job locations are so close that you can just meet us on the job site if you live in the area. We meet at 6-6:30am and drive in a company vehicle to our scheduled project for the day. After arriving onsite, work begins at 7am and completion of the workday is generally at 5pm. Typically we take a break at 10am and Lunch is at 1pm. Days can be longer or shorter depending on the scope of the projects. Occasionally traveling out of town for work is necessary... lasting a day or 2 and in other situations may last several weeks. Occasionally weekend work is also necessary. We hire you as an employee, not a 1099 contractor, so you must be a legal worker. We provide weekly paychecks. Hourly pay ranges from $15-$20/hr depending on industry specific based skills and experience. Desired: 1. An exemplary attitude and ability to learn new skills and tasks. 2. The ability to physically work in a fast paced team environment with a focus on task efficiency and safety. 3. Operating experience of fork lifts, scissor lifts, order pickers, reach trucks is desirable, but not required. We will train. 4. Because we operate lift equipment and work at heights, you should have respect for, but not a fear of heights. 5.
