This was years ago when I was 16 years old just got my driver's license around 97-98. I was turning right off of 300 north onto 1000w. I couldn't see around a vehicle and decided to go since no cars where coming as far as I could see right in front of me. I pulled out and you hit your breaks and almost hit me. You were in as big lifted truck, it was black or blue in color. You also had a girl passenger. She had dark curly hair. you were fit and worked out, based off your muscles. You started to yell at me. I thought you were yelling at me because you were mad at me... But you was in shock that you didn't hit me. I kept saying "sorry". You said I had angels watching over me and God must have something big planned for me. You said " I should have hit you." I'm hoping to find you.
