Looking to re-home this Halmahera Blue Tongue Skink. He/She was at my store for about a year, I purchased him mainly to get him out of there since It was a small enclosure and wasn’t thriving with kids banging on the glass all the time. Not aggressive or mean, just skittish. Has never tried to bite me, just hisses and tries to run away. Shed’s monthly. Eats well, just prefers privacy to do so. Likes to make little burrows and sitting in water dishes. Honestly, I don’t have to time to work with him on his fear nor do I have the space for a large terrarium at this time. But he deserves the best, which is why I’m trying to re-home. There is a re-homing fee of $150 (non-negotiable). I bought him for double that so it’s quite reasonable for a Blue Tongue, and he is quite lovely. Serious inquiries only please.
