HIRING IMMEDIATELY / CASH BONUS AFTER 30 DAYS CONTRATANDO DE IMMEDIATO / BONO EN EFECTIVO DESPUES DE 30 DIAS Manual Labor job for a reputable company that excels in medium to large-scale, middle to high-end residential and commercial landscape installation. No mowing! These are full-time, 12-month positions. No experience is required. You can learn a lot on this job that will help in many careers, and your salary will increase as your experience and skills do. Experienced Foremen are also needed. Salary commensurate with level of experience in landscape installation, irrigation and/or equipment operation. Willing to train the right person. May require some overtime and/or a few Saturdays during our busy season. Benefits: • Locally owned, small business with casual atmosphere • 40+ hours per week • Paid weekly! (Through September 1, 2022 – then paid bi-monthly) • Paid sick time starts accruing on your first day • F/T employees earn a Cash Bonus after first 30 days (based on performance) • F/T employees are eligible for 6 month performance bonuses Paid July1st and January 1st (prorated by hire date) • F/T employees are eligible for 4 paid holidays per calendar year after 6 months (Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day). What you will need to be successful: Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must have ability to lift 50lbs or more daily or as needed Preferred if you have a U.S. Driver License Preferred if you have experience with equipment (trenchers, skid loaders, and excavators) Preferred if you have experience installing variety of landscape & hardscape applications Please call us between 7AM and 6PM to schedule an interview 7 days a week.
