Need someone to assist with building a custom dog door

I have french doors in an apartment, and I am looking for someone with light construction experience to assist me with building a custom wood door for my dogs that will attach to the french doors. I will purchase the wood that is needed. (see attached photo for example of what I need) I need someone to make the needed cuts to the wood with a circular saw, and then assist with holes for door locking hardware on the sides of the wood, and then to cut a hole in the wood for a dog door. I do have a jigsaw available, but not a circular saw.
