Piano has no broken keys, but it needs tuning. We bought it for our kids to learn piano, but they haven't played it in the last couple of years, so we have no for it use any longer. It is a good starter piano for kids. All you have to do is move it, and get it tuned. We will donate it in the next couple of weeks. Some books are included. God bless you
