Storage Unit Maintenance-Part Time We are a family owned Mini Storage provider looking for a reliable, energetic, detail oriented person for this position. -PT hours: 20-30 hours per week Duties include but are not limited to: outside work ( in all types of weather) storage unit maintenance, and interacting with customers. Mowing grass, spraying for weeds, trimming shrubs, picking up trash, renting units, receiving payments and answering phones. -Computer Literacy is a MUST. -Training (paid) is provided. -Wage dependent on experience. -Must be able to lift 35 pounds -Valid Drivers license -Must be able to pass a background check Experience in a self-storage environment is a plus but not mandatory.
