This inspiring, motivating, interactive day program is designed to empower and support women in the pursuit of their own self-care practice. Hosted by Sheri Harris, My MindBodyHealth & Stacy McCormack-Stepp, Reiki Blessings from the HeartThe Garden is a non-judgmental, sacred space within a natural environment where together with like-minded women, you will be supported in the development, nourishment and celebration of your own mind, body & spirit.Join us on Saturday, May 21, 2022, as you will experience a full-day program that consists of five phenomenal, dynamic, expert speakers, each of whom are from a different discipline that addresses the mind, body and spirit. Topics presented are focused on meditation, Qigong, nutrition, aromatherapy, and mental health (life coaching). Each presenter owns and operates a female run business. A healthy lunch will be provided, with the chance to win door prizes before the conclusion of the program.
