CLINTON, CT - A Clinton resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Westbrook earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 17, Vivian Kennedy, of Clinton, purchased a $100,000 CASHWORD 10 ticket from the Westbrook Xtra Mart and won $10,000.
