Room for share for solo artist or small band (3 ppl max). It's a monthly share, daytime or night hours. Please reply with your FB or IG link. Hours and Rates: 12pm-3pm twice a week = $150 Month 3pm - 6pm twice a week = $170 Month 7pm - 10pm twice a week = $200 Month Must book your montly spot upfront. Minimum 3 months (all in all 8 rehearsals each month). Location 2 Prince street 11201 Empire Studios (music rehearsal building in Dumbo area, close to F, A and Q trains). 1st month and 1 month *deposit (*can be used as a last month payment). Air Conditioner + Free Wifi + Grocery right on the corner of the building. Thanks
