Women's Cacao Healing Ceremony From The Ground Up + Healing from root to crown. We will come together in community to connect + tap into our innate wisdom + sip on cacao. You will receive support, tools and resources to assist on your path of reclaiming your birthright of feeling "at home" within your body through a combination of methods like cyclical living, meditation and breathwork, Ayurveda, herbalism, and astrology. Come ready to indulge yourself as we focus inwards to release + manifest through mind, body, soul coherence! Mūla Rising in partnership with Jeana of the Conscious Collective invites you to participate in an intentional cacao ceremony utilizing the auspicious healing energy of the full moon. + This is part 1 of a 7 part series of monthly wellness workshops. Each session can be participated in and utilized individually, but will build on each other by adding the next chakra at the following workshop. + We will begin with our personal connection to our Root chakra; familiarizing ourselves with its healing characteristics and properties. + Cacao is a plant spirit from the earth that allows you to connect to your higher self in such a gentle and loving way. She loves to help guide us in our divine paths. ::Please feel free to bring any items necessary to create a supportive space for yourself to be fully present. Some items may be: mat or blanket to sit on, water bottle, and any crystals or spiritual tools that call to you.
