Shawn Harris will read (and sign!) his Caldecott Honor Book, 'Have You Ever Seen a Flower?' as well as lead a craft activity! We are so excited to welcome author Shawn Harris to Mapamundi Kids! This jaw-droppingly beautiful story immediately captivated our eyes when we first read it. Join us on April 30th for story time, crafting and donut holes (+ coffee for the grown-ups!). Shawn will answer questions, discuss the artistic process and sign copies of 'Have You Ever Seen a Flower?' If you have other books illustrated by Shawn, feel free to bring them as well! Copies of 'Have You Ever Seen a Flower?' will be available for sale at the shop during the event. Limited space available. This event is free, but kindly RSVP.
