Looking for good home for these pet ducks (they are NOT food). Louis and Ella. They are docile, calm, decently quiet ducks. Could use more handling to be less nervous around people but they can still be in close proximity just fine. I have a small flock and will now only have a couple ducks and a couple chickens. Having the drake with my chickens will not be safe for them due to drakes trying to mate with chickens. So he needs to go, sadly. But he is bonded to his Mrs. So she needs to go with him. Please do not take them in with intent to separate them or get rid of drake after. Will need to have at least 3 or 4 more hens for the drake as they breed heavily and it is unhealthy and inhumane to hens to keep so few hens for the drake. Both about 1 yr old so hen is laying. They are capable of breeding as they hatched from a flock of 5 hens and 3 drakes. Purebred. Will meet at Argonne Library. $50 rehoming fee, exact cash only. Serious inquiries from those who are experienced with ducks only pls and have a proper set up in place.
