6 year old female tuxedo cat in need of a new home

Pepper is a 6 year old female domestic shorthair tuxedo cat and will be turning 7 in June. She is spayed and is up to date on the following vaccinations: Rabies, FVRCP, FeLV, and Feline Leukemia. She is also treated with Roundworm prevention and Hookworm prevention. I have raised Pepper from a tiny kitten so I am sad to have to rehome her due to our new environment causing her stress and anxiety. She is independent, very docile, and affectionate (on her own time). She is a great companion for the right person/people. Think of her like your shadow, she will silently follow you around but she keeps to herself. She is well behaved, polite, litter box trained, tolerant and clean. She can go outside but does prefer to stay indoors. It is also preferable that she is the only cat in the house. However, in my experience, she has gotten along very well with dogs and is child friendly having been raised around 2 dogs and 4 children. She likes to eat wet or dry food and LOVES tuna water should you be opening a can :) Asking $40 rehoming fee. Fully enclosed w/door litterbox, carrier, and food/water bowls included.
