Join us for an evening that will feature sound healing, embodied astrology, and more. Moon Medicine is a monthly gathering where we pause to honor and celebrate the Full Moon. Gathering in ceremony is an ancient ritual that helps us synchronize our human experience with the cycles of nature. The Full Moon is a time to seek healing through balance. It is a time to contemplate what has been supporting our highest path of consciousness, realize what patterns or beliefs no longer serve us so that we can clear, release, or integrate whatever is showing up. Full Moon energy has its strongest effect on us three days before and up to three days after it is full. She views music & movement as sacred expressions of a universal language; a language that unites and empowers people from all backgrounds. As a musician and movement artist she values expression as a path to awakening; a gateway to exploring the different parts of ourselves, the light & the shadow, exploring duality as a path to unity. Her songs are inspired by our collective narrative as well as her own personal journey of connecting deeper to one’s truest self by dropping the false stories that we’ve been told; that by releasing our conditioning we step into a greater place of potential & activation, and this is what is needed for healing ourselves, and our planet. She creates spaces to explore sound as medicine and the healing power of voice. As a vocalist, she weaves melodic and fluid light language vocalizations in ceremonial and therapeutic settings that create an atmosphere of deep relaxation and transcendence. Lucia Grace Lucia Grace Young is an Embodiment Guide, Yoga Therapist, Intuitive Astrologer, and Dancer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was through personal trauma that Lucia found herself on her spiritual path. The practice of yoga opened the door for Lucia to discover her innate capacity for transformation, regeneration, inner alchemy and healing. All of Lucia’s work is somatic in nature, meaning that there is a strong emphasis on the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit. Lucia believes that true healing happens through embodiment ~ through a willingness to really feel our experience and say yes to fully being here with it all. Her mission is to create sacred spaces where you can understand yourself, love yourself, and truly be yourself.
