Egg Hunt, Games, Music, Fun 10:30am Hunt: 2 to 3 year olds & Crawlers 11:00am Hunt: 4 to 5 year olds 11:30am Hunt: 6 to 10 year olds Registration is for each individual family. (TICKETS ARE ONLY NEEDED FOR THE CHILDREN PARTICIPATING IN THE EGG HUNTS) No tickets are needed for parents, or for kids playing carnival games etc. For the safety of your children and others, no child will be allowed to participate in a hunt that does not match the age group they belong to, with no exceptions.  Please ensure you register for the correct age group of your child. This annual community event is hosted by Renew Queens Community Center (renewqueens.org) and Wellspring Church NYC (wellspringchurchnyc.com) as a way to celebrate the Easter Season. This is a free ticketed event. Those without tickets will not be admitted to the egg hunt, but can still participate in all the carnival games and festivities! Tickets are first come, first serve and space is limited due to park capacity. 10:30am Hunt: 2 to 3 year olds & Crawlers (LIC Registrants) 11:00am Hunt: 4 to 5 year olds (LIC Registrants) 11:30am Hunt: 6 to 10 year olds (LIC Registrants) Come for the entirety of the event, there will be carnival games, age specific egg hunts, and music entertainment.  For information visit www.queenseasterfestival.com We look forward to seeing you there. Waiver Release (You agree to this when you register for the event, and to be contacted via the provided email by Renew Queens and Wellspring Church NYC in the future):          1.         Waiver and Release: I release and forever discharge and hold harmless Wellspring Church NYC/Renew Queens and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the services I provide to Wellspring Church NYC/Renew Queens.  I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Wellspring Church NYC/Renew Queens from any liability or claim that I may have against Nonprofit with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the services I provide to Nonprofit or occurring while I am providing volunteer services. 2.         Insurance: Further I understand that Wellspring Church NYC/Renew Queens does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide me with financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability benefits or insurance of any nature in the event of my injury, illness, death or damage to my property. I expressly waive any such claim for compensation or liability on the part of Wellspring Church NYC/Renew Queens beyond what may be offered freely by Wellspring Church NYC/Renew Queens in the event of such injury or medical expenses incurred by me. 3.         Medical Treatment: I hereby Release and forever discharge Wellspring Church NYC/Renew Queens from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency during my tenure as a volunteer with Nonprofit. 4.   Assumption of Risk: I understand that the services Wellspring Church NYC/Renew Queens provides may include activities that may be hazardous to me and my child including running and collision with other children. Eggs and prizes include candy, stickers, and toys that may pose a choking hazard.  5.   Photographic Release: I grant and convey to Wellspring Church NYC/Renew Queens all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by Nonprofit in connection with my providing volunteer services to Nonprofit. 6.   Other:  I expressly agree that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of  New York and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.  I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release is deemed invalid, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Release shall not be affected.
