This educational event is hosted by women FOR women. Gather with us and enjoy a great atmosphere, good conversation, and yummy treats. Women earn 82 cents for every $1 earned by a man. That means we have to work an extra 47 days to earn the same amount that men do.* I don’t know any woman who has an extra day let alone an extra 47 days. If we want change, we have to start having conversations about money. We have to talk to our friends and co-workers about money over lunch. We have to talk to our families and our kids about money at dinner. We have to talk about the things we’re concerned about. We need to start asking financial questions like these: + How can I make more money? + How do I protect my family? + What do I need to do to prepare for retirement? + Will I even be able to retire? You’re invited to a meeting hosted by women for women to discuss these issues. Bring your own questions and concerns. No judgement! Our speaker, Alma Jensen, will present a powerful message about what you can do to start taking control of your financial future. Join us on Thursday, April 28th from 6:30PM to 8PM: 3363 E.
