POVERTY SIMULATION University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Social work and The Department of Family and Protective Services will host a Community Action Poverty Simulation on APRIL 19, 2022, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the CESS Building Rm. 1.300 (1407 E. Freddy Gonzalez). This learning tool has been created as a way to help people understand the realities of poverty. The Poverty Simulation activity will be from 8:30AM-12:00PM followed by the session training “Working with Families Who are Impoverished”, 1-5pm.
