This will be a comfort zone challenge, so don't expect to come in and just meditate for this specific Sunday. This Sunday is about empowerment and reclaiming your Inner-G! Imagine walking in feeling "fine" or just "ok," and then walking out looking bright-eyed and feeling like a superhero! There will be inspired shouting, there will be power-inducing music, and there will be connection. Sounds, good right? This experience designed to break you out of your box, ground you into your body, and reconnect you to your higher self!
