Hatha Yoga
Join us for a grounding and slower paced practice led by Myodetox Physical Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher Dr. Nirja Gajjar. You will be guided through breath work and postures to help improve muscle activation, flexibility, and strength. We can’t wait to move with you.
Hot tea will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat and yoga blocks if you benefit from props!
