Extended version of our traditional SPENGA format. Free session, donations to UNICEF encouraged but not required.
The 30-30-30 format takes SPENGA to a whole new level. This extended version of our traditional 20-20-20 format will leave you feeling strong, powerful and fulfilled!
We will start with 30 minutes of heart pumping, bass shaking spin led by our instructor Diana. You'll see beat driven choreography and work through four different zones to get your body moving and get your heart rate up. True dance party vibes on the bike!
We will transition to 30 minutes of strength led by instructor Jody! You'll see one of our many strength formats featured with a total body workout. We will incorporate some elevated movements to keep the heart rate spiked while focusing on training and building muscle.
Finally, we will end with a 30-minute vinyasa inspired flow led by our very own Mia Rose and Caiti. We will start with some strength-based movements, flow into some more flexibility flows and end with a very well-deserved final rest.
With heavy hearts we helplessly watch the devastating situation unfold in Ukraine. More than half of Ukraine's estimated 7.5 million children have already been displaced by the war and that number is rising. Together with partners, UNICEF continues to scale up emergency operations as the war continues, putting the safety and future well-being of the country's 7.5 million children at grave risk.
