All New PSAR REALTOR® Members are required to take the New Member Orientation New Member Orientation has 2 parts: Orientation & Ethics Class New PSAR REALTOR® Members are required to take the New Member Orientation. This is an IN-PERSON CLass New Member Orientation consist of two two parts. Part 1: Orientation and Part 2: Ethics Class All New REALTOR® Members are required to take New Member MLS/Orientation and Code of Ethics Training. This class is in-person at the South County Office in Chula Vista. If you have attended MLS/Orientation recently, you may only need to take part two of this class for Code of Ethics Training. MEMBERS WHO DO NOT TAKE THESE CLASSES WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF JOINING WILL BE INACTIVATED. Please contact PSAR if you have questions or concerns. PART ONE: See below for the schedule 8:30 AM - 9:20 AM - CRMLS Rules & Regulations Training9:20 AM - 9:30 AM - Break9:30 AM - 10:30 AM - Empowering REALTORS® with PSAR CEO, Rich D'Ascoli10:30 AM - REALTOR Oath (times may vary)PART TWO: An important and mandatory part of orientation for REALTOR members is taking the New Member Code of Ethics. 10:45 AM - 1:15 PM - Ethics Class **(ALL REALTORS® must have Code of Ethics training every three years. If you have a certificate that proves you have taken Code of Ethics training, please email it to [email protected]) ** This class does not count toward continuing education credit.
