We are seeking a full time addition to our team who will keep the grounds, pool and common areas looking beautiful and paint and perform light maintenance as needed for a large apartment community. We offer health benefits after 60 days and 401k and PTO is earned right away and can be used after 6 months. Quarterly bonuses are earned by outstanding team members.

The ideal candidate will possess the following assets:
Work schedule Tuesday - Saturday preferred
Can-do and team oriented attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to spend most of the workday outside. We provide hats and cooling towels and fluids to keep you hydrated.
Ability to service the pool or willingness to learn.
Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt.
Valid drivers license and vehicle required.
