Hello, I am looking for “Jack of All Trades”, who can handle jobs like:
1. Construction helper. Kitchen and Bathroom demolition, loading construction debris to the trailer. Some fence painting, sweeping/organizing of Shop.
2. Yard cleaning/gardening.
3. Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness/orderliness of the house. No laundry, no folding, no changing of bed linen. I just need 2 bathroom cleaning, 2 fridge cleaning, floor vacuuming and steam mop, some ironing, dusting and cleaning of Guinea pigs cage.
4. Some inside car/truck vacuuming.
5. Office assistant who can help sorting receipts and filing documents.
This is a part time job, on call basis. You will be an Independent Contractor, 1099 will be issued at the end of the year. If selected, you will fill out W9 form, I need a copy of social security card and Driver License.
Bilingual a plus. No background check required.
