My concept is to play guitar riffs, vamps or static grooves while you rap or recite poetry. You could sing if it fits.
Something like James Brown funk or classic rock riffs, jazz, Motown or slow grooves. Whatever fits the mood or words/ lyrics.
We both could have freedom and flexibility within the boundaries of the groove we set up.
I'm sure there are backing tracks you can use to do this, but an in person collab could be a way to grow artistically and exchange ideas.
If you have a home recording set up or capabilites, that would be a plus.
My goal would is record a few songs that we'd be proud to put our names on. If you have other goals or aspriations, let me know.
Yes, I'm a responsible, in bed by 10 boomer, but don't let that get in the way creating and making music.
