Join us for an all-levels asana practice at Young Lion Brewing in the loft overlooking beautiful Canandaigua Lake! Take in the beautiful lake views as we move through an accessible and sustainable asana practice. In the spirit of inclusion and accessibility, $10 of each ticket purchase will be donated to the Dream Big! Inclusion In Motion all-abilities park in Canandaigua. Ticket price includes a 60-minute yoga class and a drink of your choice to enjoy afterward. *Please bring a mat and any props you might find useful for your practice
